WHAT WE SAY
When moving from Umeå to Stockholm, frontman and songwriter Erik Björklund went looking for people to join his band, he had a thousand songs that the world had to hear, preferably yesterday! In just a few months he had a band and a first gig, and we were sold from the first reverb-drenched and heavily delayed note. Despite constant changes of the band constellation, Delsbo Beach Club always delivered an energetic and well-oiled live show, often ending with Erik bent down over his guitar pedals evoking entrancing sounds hard to describe with words. Delsbo Beach Club is no more but Erik now makes music in Swedish as Blodmyren, go check it out!
